KC Fret Shop Monthly Jam Session
Sunday, October 5th from 1-4 PM
Schedule: Western Swing Jam, 1-2pm & Open Jam, 2-4pmLocation: K.C. Strings Concert Venue, 5842 Merriam Dr, Merriam, KS 66203(right next door to our shop)
KC Fret Shop will be open from 2:30-4:30pm during the Sunday jam, come on by!

October's Featured Instrument
This month’s featured instrument is the Teton STR105NT!
The 105 series is perfect if you’re looking for a more darker sound than spruce. These models have a solid cedar top paired with mahogany back and sides. The result is a more mellow sound but still resonant.

Lessons @ KC Fret Shop
Now offering lessons @ KC Fret Shop!
Devin Dechant is an experienced bluegrass musician who has performed with acts such as Danny Spain Gang, Cameron Keeling and The Runaway Train. Devin is a gifted musician, performing on banjo, mandolin, guitar and ukulele. Devin is now available to give lessons for all those instruments at KC Fret Shop on Monday from 3pm to 7pm. The lesson fee is $30.00 per half-hour session.
